My experience was not so great. Once determining that I was nit a potential customer Bruce politely told me to F@#& off. Maybe he was having a bad day.

I'm so grateful to Bruce for his kind and generous input regarding my real estate questions. He's very knowledgeable and willing to help. I'm so glad I have him on my side, especially with so much confusion regarding the details of real estate. Especially here in San Diego area, it seems that it's difficult to find someone in real estate that you can truly trust, and indeed who does have the necessary knowledge, and I found that real estate broker in Bruce.

My wife and I were fortunate enough to get Bruce recommended to us as a realtor as we were searching for our first home.

Bruce was easy to work with and detail oriented, which made the entire home buying process less daunting. He responds very quickly to any questions and seems like he is always available! As a first time homebuyer I appreciated his patience with even my more basic questions.

We originally approached Bruce because he was the only top hit on Yelp that appeared to be an independent agent and not part of a bigger firm. We hit the jack pot. We came into the San Diego market with a very particular request that limited the types of places we could find. Add to that we lived in a different state and had all of the issues that come with remote purchasing a new place to live. Bruce went over the top to make sure we got into the right place. His network of professionals made the buying process quite accessible and online convenient.
I can not stress how much his local knowledge of the San Diego real estate market and all the people needed to seamlessly close a deal is impressive. He connects you with professionals that know their jobs inside and out.
Even when the inevitable speed bumps came up through out the process Bruce is quick on his feet and very inventive on finding alternative solutions to make it work.
I would be remiss not to mention he also has an amazing taste in music.
Ten out of ten. I won't send anyone I care about to anyone else.

First, the results: despite our home having many flaws, Bruce was able to sell it at approximately 10 percent above asking price. We had eight offers, all above asking price within a few days!

Next, process: Bruce is extremely strategic and intelligent. He analyzed the market and set the right price, had the home cleaned thoroughly, and staged it to the point that it looked incredibly better than the place where we had lived for ten years, and attractive to potential buyers.

Bruce is a true professional. He knows his stuff and we knew we were in good hands. We had no worries. Plus he keeps things fun.

He also sweated the small stuff. We had moved to Arizona, and he rushed to take care of mishaps that occurred to our California home, such as correcting a lock issue, and turning off exterior lights that had been left on, in our absence.

Above it all, he is just a nice and compassionate guy, and easy to work with.
