"We found Bruce through a Yelp review and decided to give him a try, which turned out to be the best
decision we made regarding our condo! About a week after we
listed our condo, we had to take an emergency trip out of the country.
We called Bruce and let him know about the situation, and he was very
understanding and assured us not to worry about anything while we were
away, as he would take care of things. How TRUE he was to his words!
During the two weeks we were away, not only did he handle numerous
inquiries about our condo, hold an open house, but to our ecstasy, he also
secured an offer which we accepted and finally closed in a month!! My
friend couldn't believe it when we told him our condo went into escrow
when we were thousands of miles away from our home! Here are a few strengths we noticed through our interactions
